Ingredients

  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 sachet cream holder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • zest of 1 organic lemon
  • 500g Züger organic mascarpone
  • 50g icing sugar
  • 320g lemon curd
  • 150ml milk
  • 200g lady fingers

How it’s done

I'll tell you the recipe right here: Whip 200ml cream with 1 pck. cream stiffener and 1 pck. vanilla sugar until stiff. Grate the zest of 1 organic lemon and mix with 500g mascarpone, 50g icing sugar and 200g lemon curd until creamy. Fold in the cream. Pour 150ml milk into a deep dish, soak 100g ladyfingers in it one by one and place in a baking dish. Cover with half of the cream. Soak another 100g of ladyfingers and spread over the cream. Cover with the remaining cream. Spread 120g lemon curd on the cream and chill. Garnish with lemon slices and chill for at least 3 - 4 hours.
