Vegan MozzaVella Pasta

For me, pasta is a dish that simply always goes. It's my comfort food, but also my first choice when I need to go fast. Unlike a conventional tomato sauce, this special pepperoni cherry tomato sauce achieves a unique flavour by roasting the ingredients in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pepperoni
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 120 ml soy cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 MozzaVella

How it’s done

Roast the garlic with the chopped pepperoni and the cherry tomatoes with lots of olive oil in the oven at 200 degrees convection for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool and then puree with the soy cream, tomato paste and spices. Bring the sauce to the boil again in the pan and add the pasta. Serve and add the plucked MozzaVella over the pasta.
