  • 200 g Filona cream cheese Nature
  • Some ground pepper
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 1 sprig of rosemary

How it’s done

Spread puff pastry with half of the cream cheese, pepper. Peel carrots, slice into thin strips with a peeler. Spread strips on top of cream cheese. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Pluck rosemary needles and chop finely, sprinkle on top. Roll up puff pastry from the short side. Cut into slices about 1 cm thick. Spread on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in the middle of the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove, let cool. Pour remaining cream cheese into a piping bag with a hole nozzle and place a rosette on each of the puff pastry snails. Garnish with rosemary.
