Ingredients

  • 1 packet lacotse-free organic mozzarella
  • 1 bowl new potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 sprig coriander
  • 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • 1 tsp chili
  • 1 Stk. red onion

How it’s done

A quick and easy-to-make Snack.

Cook the potatoes for about 10 minutes in salted water; spread on a baking tray and crush slightly. Spread diced mozzarella over the top and season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 18 minutes. Dice the tomatoes and chop the onions. Mix with the chopped coriander, a little lime juice and lime zest, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mash the avocado on a plate and season with the chilli, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Lay the potatoes on top and garnish with the tomato salsa.
