  • 50 g cane sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 lemon
  • 70 g Zucker
  • 30 g cocoa
  • 100 g lactose-free spreadable butter
  • 150 g flour

How it’s done

Cut open the vanilla pod; mix with the water, cane sugar and a little lemon zest and bring to the boil. Allow to cool –> sugar syrup
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Combine the sugar, cocoa, flour and butter into a dough, place on the baking tray and roll out thinly with a rolling pin. Cut out circles from the dough and bake them in the oven at 160°C for about 14 minutes. Cut the avocados in half and put the pulp into a blender with the sugar syrup, cream cheese and vanilla seeds. Mix well and serve in the avocado shells. Halve the passion fruit, scrape out the fruit and spread over the top to serve.
