Ingredients

  • 1 packet buffallo mozzarella balls
  • 1 handful white and red grapes
  • 4 slices nut bread
  • 4 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp wine vinegar
  • Basil
  • Honey

How it’s done

A simple recipe, perfect to pair with a glass of white wine
Sauté the nut bread in a pan with a little walnut oil. Sauté the halved and de-seeded grapes in the same pan and season with salt and pepper. Add a little honey. Add the vinegar and place in a bowl. Add the halved mozzarella balls to the still-warm grapes; add basil and a little walnut oil. Season to taste and serve.
