Ingredients

  • 1 packet mozzarella hearts
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 ml water
  • 150 g flour
  • 100 ml milk (lukewarm)
  • 25 g melted butter
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 20 g yeast
  • Pepper and oregano

How it’s done

The perfect snack to wow your guests
Dissolve the yeast in the milk, then mix with the water, tomato purée, eggs, salt, pepper, oregano and flour and form into a dough. Leave to rest for about 30 minutes. Shape the dough into blinis the size of a tablespoon and put into a frying pan. Season the mozzarella hearts and press one into each blini while still raw. Fry on both sides and serve with a rocket salad.
