Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan
  • 6 pieces cannelloni
  • 1 egg
  • handful rocket
  • 2 pork bratwursts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • Butter
  • Salt, pepper and cayenne
  • Basil

How it’s done

A tasty pasta dish, innovative and quick
Slice the pork bratwurst and then sauté. Chop the onions and add to the meat; sauté well. Add the tomato purée and mascarpone and mix well. Add the Parmesan, egg and finely chopped basil. Mix together and season to taste. Grease a baking tin and fill the cannelloni using a piping bag. Place them in the buttered tin, pour over some cream and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, and garnish with marinated rocket.
