Ingredients

  • 150 g Züger Hüttenkäse cottage cheese
  • 0.25 orange
  • 0.25 pear
  • 0.25 banana
  • 75 g granola
  • 1 mint springs
  • 25 g blueberries

How it’s done

Start your day the easy way.

Peel the orange with a sharp knife, making sure to remove the white pith as well. Then cut the orange into small pieces and put in a bowl. Slice the pear into quarters, remove the core, then thinly slice the quartered pear. Peel the banana and cut into thin slices. Combine the cottage cheese with half of the granola, then divide into four bowls. Top the granola mixture with the fruit, then sprinkle the remaining granola on top. Garnish with mint sprigs and blueberries.
